General Terms of Sale

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Groupe Progress, operator of Pascale.ai (the “Publisher”), and any person subscribing to the service (the “User”). They must be accepted before any subscription.

2. Service

Pascale.ai is a digital learning service for secondary-school pupils, from Year 7 to the final year of high school. One main account can create and use one to three child profiles, each linked to a school year and the available subjects.

Where offered to an eligible account, the free trial lasts seven days. No charge is made on activation day. The date and amount of the first charge are displayed before payment is confirmed.

3. Main account and profiles

Access uses the main account email address and password, followed by profile selection. Child profiles have no separate login credentials. The main account holder is responsible for keeping the credentials confidential and for activity carried out through the account.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Plans cover one, two or three profiles and are available with monthly or annual billing.
  • The applicable price in euros including tax, number of profiles and billing period are displayed before purchase.
  • New subscriptions and online renewals are paid through Stripe.
  • Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at each monthly or annual renewal date.
  • A plan change requested during a subscription takes effect at the next renewal. No mid-period change or prorated calculation applies.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded in full or on a prorated basis, subject to mandatory statutory rights.

A valid promotional code may replace or reduce payment under the conditions shown when it is used. It cannot be combined with a new free trial where it constitutes the account’s first activation.

5. Stripe billing

Stripe collects the information required for payment and billing, including the name, billing address and payment details. Pascale.ai does not see or store the full card number.

Electronic invoices and receipts are available from the main account through the Stripe portal. Access remains available after the subscription expires while the account and matching Stripe customer exist. New invoices identify the plan, number of profiles and billing period.

6. Use and availability

The Service provides educational support, explanations and exercises. It is an aid and does not guarantee any examination, diploma or certification result. The Publisher may maintain or develop the Service.

7. Personal data

Account, profile and subscription data are used to provide, secure and manage the Service. Stripe receives the data needed for payment and billing. Pascale.ai retains the technical references and statuses needed to track subscriptions and invoices, but not full bank card details.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, contact dpo@pascale.ai.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have fourteen days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Where performance begins before that period ends, it begins at their express request. The right of withdrawal may be lost only in the cases and under the conditions laid down by law, including express consent and acknowledgement where required. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, Pascale.ai brand, text, graphics, software and original content are protected. A personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence is granted for the duration of access. Unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Suspension, cancellation and deletion

The Publisher may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, unlawful use or serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

The User may stop renewal from the main account and may delete the main account from the personal area. Deletion immediately disables the account and its profiles and stops renewal. It does not entitle the User to a full or prorated refund for the current period, subject to mandatory statutory rights. Before deletion, the User should download any invoices they wish to retain; some data may be retained for the period required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Publisher may amend these Terms. Changes are published on the Site and notified where required by law or by the nature of the change. Current contracts remain subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts without depriving consumers of their statutory protections.

13. Effective date

This version takes effect on 24 September 2026. By accepting the Terms when creating an account or subscribing, the User confirms that they have read them.
